Hey I’m Rach Ramsey, a wedding and family photographer based in Victoria, Australia on the edge of the Otways and just a short drive to the beaches of the Great Ocean Road. When I’m not shooting weddings I love spending time with my family, two children Ezra and Tabitha and going to the beach. Like most creatives I’m a bit of a coffee addict and love checking out new cafes along the coast!
The opportunity to become a wedding photographer came my way in 2015 shortly after I graduated university in Northern Ireland. I was introduced to a husband/wife duo of alternative documentary style wedding photographers by a mutual friend.
Their vision fascinated me and I was very privileged to be mentored and given direction by this pair in the early stages of my business. One wedding then led to another and upon my return to Apollo Bay with my young daughter the following year it was clear that this stunning region would be where my business would grow and flourish. I have always been inspired by this area like nowhere else in the world and my vision has been refined by the amazing work that is being produced by the best of the Australian wedding industry.
Since then I've had the opportunity to photograph hundreds of weddings and families around Geelong, The Otways, Melbourne and The Great Ocean Road beaches of Lorne and Apollo Bay!
