Brett and Gabe were on a road trip from South Australia with their three children when they decided to surprise them by getting married right here on the Great Ocean Road. Unknown to the rest of their family Brett and Gabe had been planning their secret Apollo Bay wedding for months and only shared the news that morning!

After a very dodgy few days of weather the sun came out and despite the wind they were able to go ahead with their plans to get married on a little beach behind the harbour- the Apollo Bay weather always seems to come through! There were only eight of us on the beach and it was a moment I will never forget. Gabe and her daughters were in tears as they all came to terms with this emotional and beautiful event.
